Common questions

Questions families ask before getting started

How does the free care consultation work?

Call us or send the form and we’ll find a time that suits you. We’ll learn about your loved one’s routines, what’s getting harder and what matters most to them, then complete a needs assessment and recommend a plan. Family who live out of state are welcome to join by phone.

The consultation is free and there’s no obligation.

What in-home care services are included?

Companion care, personal care such as bathing and dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, memory and dementia care, respite care, hospital-to-home support and 24-hour care. Our care is non-medical, so we don’t provide nursing or clinical services.

What’s the difference between hourly and 24-hour care?

Hourly care covers scheduled visits, from a few hours a week to longer daily shifts. 24-hour care means a caregiver is with your loved one around the clock, so someone is always there day and night. Many families start with hourly care and add more as needs change.

How are caregivers matched with my loved one?

We look at your loved one’s needs, personality, routines and preferences, then match them with a trained, background-checked caregiver who fits. If something doesn’t feel right, tell us and we’ll work with you to find a better match.

How is care paid for?

Our care is private pay. Many families also use long-term care insurance, and we work with families using VA benefits. We’ll walk you through your options and give you a clear picture of costs at your free consultation.

Which areas do you serve?

Naples, North Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island and surrounding communities. Not sure if you’re covered? Call us at (239) 420-8515 and we’ll let you know.

Your loved one deserves to feel safe at home. You deserve peace of mind.

Waiting until a fall or a hospital stay forces the decision usually means rushed choices and fewer options. Planning now gives your family time, and gives your loved one the best chance to stay where they’re happiest.

If you’re worried about a parent managing on their own, booking a free care consultation is the right next step.
